Biography
Sara’s practice involves the preparation of wills, trusts and other estate planning documents. She has experience with sophisticated lifetime wealth transfer techniques and experience in the area of charitable giving that includes the creation and representation of family foundations. She also has extensive experience in representing individuals in their capacities as executors and trustees and in representing beneficiaries of estates and trusts. She is board certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
Sara is married to Winn Atkins, also an attorney , and they have two sons, Reed (20) and Hayes (16).
